Admission of any candidate is provisional and any may be cancelled if any discrepancy is detected in the paper/document submitted or the candidate fails to comply with the rules, regulations and other conditions laid down by the college in the By-laws as well as prospectus of the college.
In case a candidate fails to report on the due day with the required documents and Fee for admission, he will forfeit his/her claim for admission and seat falling vacant will be allotted to other candidate in the waiting list.
Special facilities for poor and deserving trainees will be made available to the extent possible.
Rules of eligibility are followed strictly. The college however reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate.
In case of any dispute with College/Management the District Court at Katihar only shall have jurisdiction.
